Staging Consultation

We will walk together room by room and discuss my suggestions for staging your home. In addition to furniture and decor, we will discuss paint, fixtures, and other updates to consider. I will provide a detailed report with all suggestions after the appointment.

Pricing - $200

*Will service areas outside of the Denver Metro area for an additional trip fee

Remote Staging Consultation

If you are not in the Denver Metro Area, I provide remote staging consultations where we can connect over Facetime or video. You will get everything that I provide for my in-person consultations.

Owner-Occupied Staging

Owner-occupied staging is like giving your home a red-carpet makeover before it hits the real estate market. We will utilize what you already have in your home and can bring in accessories, furniture, art, and decor as needed.

My goal is to highlight your home’s best features and create a neutral design that allows potential buyers to imagine themselves and their family living in your home.

Pricing - Starting at $500

Vacant Staging

If you have already moved out of your home, this option is for you! I’ll take care of furnishing and decorating your home, and you won’t have to lift a finger.

Redesign & Decorating

Redesign is all about refreshing and enhancing your home. We will utilize what you already have, while incorporating some new fresh pieces. I help with furniture, decor, lighting, textures, colors, paint, and fixtures.
